By accessing or using ZapDM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ZapDM is an AI-powered Instagram DM automation platform that allows users to send automatic messages, respond to comments, and engage with their followers using ZapAI conversations and custom rules.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access ZapDM. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Providing accurate, current information
  • All activities under your account

4. Usage Limits

Each plan (Spark, Bolt, Lightning, Thunder, Zeus, etc.) includes specific limits on:

  • Auto DMs per month
  • Number of automations
  • ZapAI Conversations (measured in Ions)
  • Instagram accounts connected

ZapAI Conversations are counted as 1 per session (lasting up to 24 hours or 20 messages, whichever is earlier).

5. AI Use and Limitations

  • ZapAI is powered by OpenAI models and provides conversational responses based on the business info provided.
  • It may occasionally generate incorrect or inappropriate responses
  • Users must supervise AI conversations
  • We are not liable for any actions taken based on AI responses

6. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree not to:
    • Use ZapDM to spam, harass, or deceive users
    • Send prohibited content (hate speech, adult content, threats, etc.)
    • Violate Instagram’s Terms of Use or API Guidelines
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

  • ZapDM offers free and paid subscription tiers.
  • Monthly plans auto-renew unless canceled
  • Lifetime deal users receive usage-based access as per their tier
  • No refunds on digital products except where required by law

8. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. ZapDM reserves the right to:
    • Terminate your account for violations
    • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and software on ZapDM are our property. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • ZapDM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
    • Loss of data
    • Business losses
    • Account bans due to third-party platforms (e.g., Instagram)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ZapDM and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll notify you of major changes via email or through the platform.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.
