  We do not store your Instagram password. OAuth is used for secure login.

  • Managed securely by third-party providers Dodo Payments or Stripe

3. ZapAI and AI Usage

• ZapDM uses AI (powered by OpenAI models) to send responses.
• Prompts are processed temporarily for conversation purposes
• Your business description and user messages may be sent to OpenAI for response generation
• Data is not used to train OpenAI models
• We ensure AI prompts are contextually limited and not stored beyond use unless required for billing/logging purposes.

• Analytics cookies (e.g., Plausible or PostHog) to track usage patterns
• You can opt out of analytics cookies through browser settings.

• Account and automation data while your account is active
